FAQs
Do you charge for Delivery?
We offer FREE local delivery to the Dereham area. For other areas, we offer a low cost delivery option. Please contact us for more information.
When do I pay the Hire fees?
We don't take deposits but you can pay in advance if you wish. Alternatively, you can pay CASH to the driver upon delivery.
What times do you deliver and collect?
Standard delivery times between 8am-11am and collection times from 5pm.We find that these times suit most people, however, if your party is starting earlier, or ending later, we are happy to discuss delivery and collection times to suit you.If your Party is in a hall or venue and you have specific times, allow a minimum of 30 mins either side of the party for us to deliver, set up and pull down etc when booking the hall. Please make sure you quote the times you have the hall/venue from and to PLUS the start and finish times of the party on the booking form so we can schedule our deliveries around your hire.
Can adults go on the inflatables?
Most of our inflatables are for CHILDREN ONLY but we do have some units for adults available as well as sumo suits. If unsure of the age range, please contact us before booking. If adults use the inflatables which are for children only and they get damaged, it is the responsibility of the hirer to pay for any repairs or replacements.
How much space is needed for a bouncy castle?
Each product should state the space they require which will all allow us enough room to stake it down, position the fan and to allow the children safely on and off the castle.. If you are not sure or wish to discuss space requirements the please give us a call.
Can the inflatable go on a patio or concrete?
Sorry, no, we secure the inflatables down with heavy duty stakes, so we need a grass area to put them on. They cannot be put on soil/mud or sand either.
Do I need to supply anything?
We need access to a plug socket to plug in our extension lead. Preferably trailing the lead from a window not a door to avoid the cable being trapped/damaged should the door get closed.
How long does it take to set up the inflatable?
On average it takes about 20 minutes in total to deliver and set up a bouncy castle, this is assuming we have good access and the area is cleared where the inflatable is going. When booking a hall the length of time required for set up varies depending which package you are having, but we ask that you allow 30 mins either side of the party times.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have £5million Public Liability insurance. This covers you when we are delivering/collecting the inflatable, setting up and pulling down, if the unfortunate was to happen and we should damage any of your property, you have peace of mind that you can claim off our insurance. But rest assured - we are professional in our approach, and take every care and have never had a claim yet. Once the castle is erected, we will run through a few basic safety checks, pointing out any risk areas and ask you to sign a copy of our terms and safety procedures. Once we have left the site, the supervision of the inflatable and it's users is the hirer's responsibility.
Can I take out my own insurance against accidents?
In most cases, your own domestic house insurance will already cover you for the bouncy castle and it's users. If this is something you are worried about, please contact us and we can advise you further.
What if it's raining on the day?
We offer a wet weather guarantee and ask that you call at the earliest time possible if you wish to cancel. If you decide to go ahead and it rains after installation, the full hire charge will apply. If you do decide to go ahead with the hire, we have to advise you not to use the castle in heavy rain as the PVC becomes very slippery when wet, however, as soon as it stops raining, dry it off with an old towel and you're ready to go again.
