The person, company or organisation hiring the equipment will be liable for all repair or replacement costs as a result of misuse or abuse of the unit while on hire. Strictly no adults are allowed on our inflatables.
Units provided with shower covers will also help protect from the sun, the cover will only hold off a light shower of rain and a dry towel or cloth may still be required to dry the step and any other wet area.
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring please call us immediately. Any complaint after the hire period will not be validated.
Strictly under no circumstances must any inflatable equipment be removed from the position secured by Premier Parties.
Please ensure there is sufficient access for the equipment you have hired and if there is any special or difficult access please notify us. Please also ensure that the area to be used is free from garden furniture, toys, litter and animal foul before delivery.
Please make sure that when we arrive for collection the unit is clean, under no circumstances should party poppers, silly string, food or drinks be used or consumed on the equipment. If we arrive to collect the equipment and is dirty beyond a reasonable state we will add a cleaning surcharge.
We cannot be held responsible should the equipment booked not fit upon arrival. The full hire charge will still be required as all measurements displayed on our website are correct and advice can be given about size. Please take into account any low hanging trees or sharp bushes and ceiling heights for indoor hires.
We offer a wet weather guarantee and ask that you call at the earliest time possible if you wish to cancel. If you decide to go ahead and it rains after installation, the full hire charge will apply.
We will require a normal house hold socket for power. We supply power leads up to 50 metres and the blower fan unit to power the castle.
Safety Instructions
It is the responsibility of the customer (hirer) to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
Some units have an age limit of 12 years. Please ensure nobody over this age uses these items.
No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking & mess).
All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e.large earings, necklaces, bracelets etc.) MUST be removed. It is recommended that glasses are also removed.
No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used near or on the inflatable, as they may permanently stain the inflatable.
No smoking on or near the inflatable.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
Please ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it.
Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time to avoid injury. Some children require strict supervision.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel. A small picnic table placed over the blower will help prevent rain-water being sucked into the blower, and then into the inflatable.
Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
